About me

Hello there! I am a Senior User Experience Designer interested in human behaviour, user needs, and motivations.

My problem-solving ability in UX has derived from my experience in user research, such as surveys, user interviews, and usability testing.

My interests in UX inspire me to evolve as a better UX designer every day and drive me to refine the design systems, ensuring visual cohesion and functional efficiency across all user touchpoints.

As a UXer with 10+ years of experience in the design field, I have learned a lot about users and their needs. Currently, I am working with JPMorgan Chase & Co and indulging myself to understand the Chase users and address their usability concerns on a customer facing mobile application.

How it has started

From my childhood, I have always been passionate about sketching, doodling and cartooning. To put my passion on the right path, I did my Bachelor of Visual Arts from the College of Fine Arts, Bengaluru, India (Visual communication & Applied art).

I got recruited as a junior UI/UX designer in Wipro at the start of my career, and this helped me mould my future aspirations and gave me a clear picture of where I want to see myself in the coming years.

My career journey

After working as a junior UX designer in Wipro, I got an exciting opportunity as a Senior User Experience Designer + Interaction Designer at Torry Harris Business Solutions. This opportunity shaped me to become a good and versatile designer.

After a few years of experience at Torry Harris, I was delighted with the new chance that I got with Singapore Airlines (SIA) as a UX Strategist/Product Designer, and I have been working on customer-facing digital applications with SIA.

For the past two years, I have been working for JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the most powerful and oldest financial institutions. I am delighted to be here and love learning about the vast Chase ecosystem. 
We offer multiple banking services to our customers and are in the process of making their user journey seamless. I am more than excited to be a part of the Chase design space.


Other activities

Reading comics, doodling, Yoga, cooking etc.
These activities help me see the world in a light-hearted way, and this is my go-to solution for any problem.

As a UX problem solver, I think there is always an easy solution in every work we do, and this keeps me going!
